New Leather Bindings and Boxes
We offer a full design binding service creating unique, hand crafted leather bindings. Our new leather bindings are constructed using high quality materials and are usually bound in goat or calf skin leather, both of which are available in a range of colours and finishes.
Our bound books are hand sewn on tapes or cords and can have additional sewn end-bands, marbled endpapers and customised decoration on the boards and spine.
We utilise a mixture of traditional and contemporary binding styles and decorative techniques to suit your requirements. The tools we use are traditional but the design can be as modern or as traditional as you like. Our bindings incorporate the use of traditional book structures along with leather inlays and onlays, gold tooling, blind tooling, sculptured boards, embossed images and airbrushed designs
We also construct custom-made presentation clamshell and archival boxes to store and protect your bound volumes and other items.
